說在前面住宅的規模被縮小，而生活的張揚與奢侈漸漸凝縮起來，所有的答案都指向了精巧而簡約這兩個詞語。此套案例是老客戶二套房，房屋面積89m2，承重結構多。女主人是韓國人，男主人有在多國的生活經歷，希望有做簡餐、料理、咖啡、茶藝的空間，現在的家庭成員是夫妻二人、預留小孩房。他們希望自己的家是身體與靈魂的棲息地，空間的色調和飾品點到即止，將更多的留白留給時光…

入戶我們做了下沉式玄關，減少塵埃進入，增加回家儀式感。鞋柜我們加了燈帶，打開門就能感受到家的溫暖氛圍。開門的第一眼被眼前的一束光治愈，右側的洞洞板承載自由組合的收納功能。配電箱蓋用洞洞板制做，讓墻面完整、美觀。

客廳整體以素雅的低飽和度色為主，布局簡約輕松釋放客廳空間。無主燈設計、內嵌電視墻、線條簡潔的家具讓整個空間流暢自由。電視墻沒有做過多的造型設計，嵌入式留白電視墻用隔板與壁龕連接。連接處我們采用建筑設計手法做凹凸造型，整體又有節奏，頂面采用藝術漆，提升空間質感。LDK設計讓廚房與餐廳互通、實現空間最大化利用。
