案例簡介 Case description
這是一套位于楊浦區的兩居室，一對中年夫婦的家。由于房子年久失修，原本打算重新置換，可看了一大圈還是覺得自己家最好，于是找到我們希望能重新裝修。對于二次裝修，有點出乎我們意料的是，他們不同于大多數中年夫妻趨于保守，反而是想有個“翻天覆地”的改變，很想嘗試“酷”一點的感覺。對于長期居住的老房，初次量房時，往往能更真切感受到屋主的生活狀態及房子的優缺點：原有戶型進門口缺乏儲物功能，餐廳比較局促，餐桌的位置擺放較為尷尬；原有格局造成了廚房和餐廳的互動性較差，廚房空間也沒有被很好利用，缺乏放置電器柜的位置。
改造思路：
① 空間大挪移：次臥與客廳做了對調，原一南一北兩間臥室變為兩間舒適的朝南臥室。原主臥改為女兒房，原客廳成為主臥，原次臥完全釋放為客廳。由于原有格局的餐廳和客廳之間是比較獨立的，改造后原北次臥空間釋放給了客廳，客餐廳的結合感、互動感都更強。
② 餐廚一體化：島臺直接連接廚房臺面，從使用功能和空間上都產生了一定的延伸性，增強了開放式廚房的形式感。
③ 衛生間干濕分離：衛生間設計為干濕分離形式，兩者分離后，洗手臺面不僅更寬敞，而且淋浴、浴缸功能一應俱全。
除了空間上的改造，設計師也非常注重生活的便利性和實用性。房屋套內面積雖然不大，但是每個功能的分區都比較齊全，獨立的清潔工具柜，洗衣區，小水吧區……能夠充分滿足日常全家需要，甚至可以經常愉快的囤貨。同時，兩間臥室的收納功能也是十分充足。
為了滿足二次裝修想要改頭換面的訴求，經過深入的溝通、探討，設計師大膽嘗試黑白灰的色調。運用紋理變化比較強的煙灰木紋色作為客廳空間的柜體及墻板飾面的顏色，櫥柜的顏色則選擇深灰色，打造高級質感。頂面采用局部藝術漆做空間視覺的延伸。整體空間采用了昏暗色調后，燈光設計顯得尤為重要：立面的線性燈拉升空間，鋼帶燈的洗墻效果，渲染了餐廳與客廳的氛圍。頂面則有磁吸燈和防炫目筒燈組合而成。整體的燈光設計烘托了空間的結構關系，照明層次也逐漸遞進。
交流|改造后有了充足的入戶收納空間，甚至還可以展示屋主最愛的收藏品。

懸挑式的收納柜除了酷之外，視覺上會更加輕盈不至于產生壓抑感。In addition to being cool, the cantilevered storage cabinet will be more light visually and will not produce a sense of depression.

外形簡化為一條直線而得名的天際線燈，以鋼帶中心向墻面漫反射形成的獨特光暈，讓照明更為酷炫。隱形無邊框的風口設計更為極簡干練。

屋主酷愛烹飪，對餐廚空間的細節要求比較高，島臺不僅連接了餐桌還和廚房臺面相接，增加了廚房臺面的利用率。餐廳區結合了蒸烤箱和雙開門冰箱，設計了整面到頂的組合收納柜，使用便捷，腔調十足。利用窗邊的一個凹形區域設計了水吧臺。

原有客廳帶有一個內陽臺，改為主臥后空間后，整體的空間大大增加。內陽臺整體抬升一步后，空間的層次感立現，地臺的形式也為休憩提供了多種方式。背景墻采用了三種不同材質，大面積藝術漆結合局部水磨石和木格柵的拼接，讓立面的設計保持一種冷靜的克制感同時也不會感到呆板乏味。

我們利用過道設計了洗漱區和洗衣區，衛生間里的空間也較之前更為寬敞，獨立浴缸、淋浴區一應俱全，一面紅色馬賽克裝飾的弧形墻面充滿了視覺沖擊力。
