前言
# PREAMBLE #
本案為一套坐落于上海長寧版塊，毗鄰蘇州河的高層精裝公寓，受業主委托整體重裝。項目的區位優勢很棒，不僅居于長寧商圈核心地段，而且緊鄰蘇州河，兩岸人文美景盡收眼底，是難得的高層景觀房。經過測量分析，我們總結出幾處需要優化改造的地方：
① 原有格局比較封閉，建筑面積雖然有210平，但空間大多被墻體所阻隔，南北不通透。
② 餐廳的位置就在進門口，較為尷尬。
③ 儲物間處于房子的中間位置，把整體的大空間完全割裂開。
針對以上的問題，結合屋主的生活習慣，我們重新規劃了新的格局。改造后的整體空間呈現南北通透、動線自由聯動的特點，視覺延伸感也擴大了至少一倍。朝南的客廳、陽臺均為落地窗，自然光線直達門廳甚至餐廳，使房子的優勢進一步提升。客廳里特別設計的弧形地臺，作為一個集親子、閱讀、賞景為一體的多功能休閑區，為本案的一大亮點。另外，在餐廚、臥室、衛生間等區域，設計師也做了很多細節的優化，并將兩間客臥化零為整，融合為一個開合自由的新空間。
入戶即為開闊的大空間，玄關推至正對大門的墻面，和旁邊的收納柜位于同一平面，并利用柜體的深度，設計成弧面內凹的形式，黑色大理石和原木的穿插令人耳目一新。換鞋凳和電視背景地臺連為一體，90°弧形轉角落地一氣呵成，呈現出簡潔而通透的流線之美。地面以木地板和灰色地磚拼接的方式，從點到面烘托出門廳作為公共空間中樞地位的視覺重點和滿滿儀式感。

原餐廳并入客廳后，使客廳面積擴容到50㎡。從玄關位置至落地窗的整個區域被設計為一處集親子、閱讀、觀景等功能為一體的多功能休閑區。設計師運用大量弧形元素，如弧形地臺、圓弧造型的書架及展示柜，和弧形陽臺無縫連接，如蜿蜒的蘇州河一樣靈動而柔美。同時弧形設計也給予家里孩子最安全的呵護，讓孩子可以盡情活動，不受到尖角的傷害。

主臥以白色為主調，結合極簡的設計，讓整個空間更為純凈放松。背景沒有過多造型，僅以兩條極窄燈線作為視覺重點。左右對稱的反光燈槽內暗藏燈帶，加上床頭吊燈和頂面的內嵌筒燈，臥室的燈光設計層次豐富，拉滿氛圍。

設計師將兩間客房化零為整，合并為一間書房+客房的多功能大套間，加長的聯動移門可開可合。統一定制的書架、衣柜以及格柵飾面，將原木的主題演繹到極致。頂面也同樣運用了弧形元素，與客廳相呼應。

公衛為暗衛，我們通過玻璃磚來增加采光。主衛則采用純色的啞光墻地磚，營造高級簡潔的氛圍。
