此項目位于浙江省永嘉縣的躍層結構，建筑面積約為170平方，南向環繞江景，視野較佳。
還記得最初溝通階段的業主描述：“自己特別鐘愛開放式廚房，之前戶型結構及面積并未能滿足，也算是自己比較期許的點位，希望它可以被呈現”。
包括會客區和就餐區的南向定位，業主也有向我們闡述虛擬的日常情景，并希望可以把這些愿景納入到空間的考量當中，也是綜合了外部環境的視野考慮，盡量減少公區的
阻隔動線，讓通風和采光條件可以實現最優。
