項目位于成都太古里商圈，一個5層樓的停車場內，目標是將一位難求的車庫轉變為當代藝術館，要求以盡可能低的代價和盡可能小的動作，盡可能多的滿足藝術展覽和時尚創意活動的多樣化需求。
The project is located in a five-story parking lot in the Taikoo Li business district of Chengdu. The design objective is to convert a cramped garage into a modern art museum, with minimal renovation and cost, while meeting the diverse requirements of art exhibitions and creative activities.

設計以“底色”為題，既是對項目本質的理解，也是設計態度的表達。“車庫”賦予了獨特的項目基因，也是值得留存的“空間的底色”。因此，設計延續了車庫入場的動線節奏，從繁華時尚的商圈，經由車庫進入藝術館，給予觀者熟悉又陌生的趣味體驗。

“新舊快慢并置，多元異質共生”是成都的“城市的底色”，也是孕育“車庫藝術館”的土壤，原車行坡道被設定為序廊，是進入藝術館的必經通道，序廊左側老城住區煙火的畫面觸手可及，與右側的藝術館對望，既沖突，也和諧。

This creates a contrasting yet harmonious experience for the visitors.
